This place was fantastic! It could very well be the best dinner I've had in Northern Colorado!

Chimney Park has brought fine dining to Windsor, and the experience is definitely worthwhile. It's refreshing to enjoy exceptional food in a local setting.

When we arrived, we had to bring it up again, and our server repeatedly forgot to consult the chef about his dietary needs. They provided no options for him and essentially decided his meal for him. The mushroom pesto he received was bland, and the mushrooms were soggy and cold. To make matters worse, our waitress, Jennifer, was quite rude to him, rolling her eyes and scoffing at him during our interactions. He even found some gum stuck under the table, which is something you'd expect at a fast-food chain, not a restaurant of this caliber. Additionally, we waited 40 minutes just to receive our drinks. I'm really embarrassed that I chose this place for my friend's birthday. The experience was enjoyable solely because of our good company, not because of the service or the food. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, a manager reached out to me by phone to ask how they could resolve the issue but showed no genuine intention to follow up. He even made a joke about the gum being "famous gum" belonging to Keanu Reeves, which I found highly inappropriate given the situation. I'm very disappointed with this experience.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. The service was great multiple people took care of all our needs. The tasting menu was excellent good variety and flavors. Nice wine list, too. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were excited to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our adult son and celebrate his birthday, by dining at Chimney Park Restaurant in Windsor. We perused the menu prior to arrival, as well as calling to confirm that the A La Carte Menu would be available in addition to the Chef’s Tasting Menu. We were politely greeted and seated promptly per our reservation. The waitstaff was on point, greeted with smiling faces and professionalism, they made sure to make us feel welcome. At every turn, water glasses were filled, and empty plates removed at the end of each course of the meal. The food was nothing less than stellar. Some of the dishes we enjoyed were the Bread service with tallow candle, Crab cakes, Strawberry Mixed Greens Salad and Romaine salad, Pan seared foie gras, Angus ribeye, New England scallops, and Wagyu Sirloin Picanha. Our desserts were Flourless Chocolate Torte, a Mango Brulee style dish, and an off menu Lemon Shortcake. I happily and wholeheartedly recommend Chimney Park Restaurant for your fine dining enjoyment.
