Colorado Cherry Company - Windsor

Delicious! We had the cauliflower crust pizza, and it was fantastic. The roasted cherries and balsamic glaze added an amazing flavor to the pizza! We also tried the chicken pot pie, and it was everything you could want from a chicken pot pie—very comforting. Since I’m not really into cake, I took a slice of the peanut butter cake home, and it was tasty. I’ve heard that their desserts can be a bit pricey, but the quality certainly reflects that. The restaurant has beautiful décor and a lovely location. I can’t wait to return at night to try the cherry cocktails and see how the place glows after dark!

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are incredibly friendly, making for a great dining experience. The food is really delicious as well. They also have a small bar area. As a regular customer at the Lyons location, I've noticed that the selection of dishes here is broader, although the menu does feel a bit smaller overall. Some items I’m used to enjoying in Lyon aren’t available here, but I still consider this place to be a great restaurant overall.
