Dunkin' - Windsor

This place is too expensive. The food is marginal and the donuts usually sit on the shelves all day. Also the donuts are not covered or behind glass. They are open all day and collect dust and bacteria when workers go back and forth. I noticed this a long time ago and it has been disturbing me since. No healthy practice.

Just came with my family and the 2 women who feel the ride where rude, and we really feel unwilling.

I really enjoy this Dunkin'. The staff is typically very friendly and attentive, and my orders are always spot on! I'm fortunate to have them as my go-to coffee spot!

SLOW? I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order while the staff seemed busy on their phones.

Great location. Problem is workers are slow and incompetent. Stood there for 5 minutes, only person in line. Worker saw me said be right with you and never came back. More worried about the drive thru. Then you can hear the workers arguing with each other. Unprofessional.
