Contribuisci feedbackThe food was delicious and the service from the waitstaff was outstanding. Unfortunately, the restaurant's location was not ideal, and we had to wait longer than expected for our food.
The waiter provided excellent service and deserves five stars. However, there was a lack of staffing and the food arrived cold.
Worst ever. 15 people waiting to get a table and no one on staff would even make eye contact. Severely understaffed and understandable except no one acknowledged us in any way. A note on the door stating issue would have helped. I finally went tobar and politely asked if there was any help and bartender just snarled and said we have no servers . We left. Should haveclosed. No excuses for lack of communication.
Our experience at this chain restaurant was classic. The food quality was solid and consistent, though not outstanding. The prices were fair for what we received. The service was friendly, though a bit absent at times. Despite this, we plan to return in the future.
We typically dine at the SR location but we were in the area. We are huge fans of the 2 for $25 menu, as we always get a small caesar salad each, each order the steak, mashed potatoes, side of grilled veggies, and each get a lemon ice water. My kiddo getsto choose from more options such as fettuccine alfredo as an entree with yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries as a side with adrink, typically lemonade or chocolate milk. It's nice to see options other than fried foods and soda for kids. We happen tolive on a super tight budget and it's great to get to eat out sometimes without breaking the bank. We always have promptfriendly customer service, leave full and happy, and leave a nice tip! Definitely recommend!
