Costa - Windsor and Maidenhead

They speak they own language at all the time, never smile, not any kind of acknowledgement entering the shop and no answering to my goodbye leaving the place. Staff looks miserable and they 've got not clue of customer service. Disgraceful

Although I typically don't write reviews, I feel compelled to mention that the restaurant's inconsistent opening times have been a disappointment. I have frequented this establishment multiple times in the past few months, only to find it closed after 5pm. The staff lack engagement and seem disinterested in customers, often ignoring them upon arrival and returning later to announce that they are no longer serving. The coffee is often served cold and with little enthusiasm. For a better experience, I recommend walking a few extra minutes to the high street and visiting Costa, where you'll be greeted by friendly baristas who serve exceptional coffee.

The toastie was disappointing, falling apart easily. I paid £3.50 just to eat cheese on bread. I could have easily made it at home for much cheaper.

The restaurant always has friendly staff with smiling faces. The environment is clean and the coffee is consistently delicious, even for someone who isn't usually a coffee drinker. The bathrooms are always clean, which is not always the case at other establishments. The seating is comfortable and spacious, with most chairs being cozy.

Here we are! Saturday afternoon 4/6/22 I finished from work, pregnant and fancy something fresh.. I walk in and a skinny young lady with glasses great me... I ask for a small iced mocha and she just made the best ever and made better my afternoon... I didn't ask her name but for sure she now how to don't let go a customer without a satisfied face... Well done!!!!
