Papa John's Pizza

They tried to deliver... 15 minutes before the 45 minutes arrival time...not a bad thing ... we weren 't expecting early delivery especially on a Saturday night so didn 't hear the phone telling us they were here. They called us (my bad phone was on vibrate). I called them about 5 mins later and got a mouthful from the branch manager... "will not accept any more orders if it happens again ... they 've tried to deliver and call you etc etc .. wouldn 't listen to me when Ibtried to explain ....previously their driver has reversed over my front lawn leaving massive tyre dents when trying to turn around we didn 't complain and we order from them at least 2x per month (if not more).. their driver when they did deliver was VERY rude didn 't know how to get through my front gate so clearly hadn 't tried to knock on the front door as they had claimed.... they need a massive overhaul of staff and attitudes .... maybe the main office needs to reallocate the franchise ....customer service rating is ZERO Shame as the pizza is very nice

We ordered a pizza following my wife successfully passing her exams, but only to be MASSIVELY DISAPPOINTED by our PAPA JOHNS experience and pizza this experience real upset my wife, which is unforgiveable – SHAME ON YOU PAPA JOHN I opened the pizza boxes during collection only to discover, this PAPA JOHNS franchise was short changing its customers on the toppings – I KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY BRO IN LAW HAS BEEN IN THE PIZZA BUSINESS FOR THE LAST 15 YRS AND I HAVE HAD MY FAIR SHARE OF PIZZAS SO I KNOW A GOOD PIZZA FROM A BAD ONE; ALSO THE TRICKS!!!! When we confronted the store manager, he simply shrugged the lack of topping on both pizzas by ignoring us and ignoring the situation – CLEARLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! @PAPA JOHNS or store manager – can you change the Papa John slogun to 'Better Ingredients. Stingy on the Topping. Papa John 's loves to disappoint it customers!!!!! ' '

Ordered for delivery, paid extra for toppings to customise an existing pizza on the menu, rather than adding more toppings came with less! Only added a few of the extra toppings I selected. Called and customer service was fine, polite and said they’d send a new one out, except half the order was already here and fam had to start eating! Speed of new pizza was not bad, they delivered fast however again very stingy with toppings considering I’d paid for extra mushrooms and extra...etc etc . Some slices looked so bare it was ridiculous- what was the point of paying extra? Used to enjoy papa john but not likely to order again. Dips are also very artificial tasting. Tater tots not cooked well

We ordered pizza and before ordering I specially called and asked if the Pizza was spicy as the name was Tandoori Spice. They said is not at all spicy. It was horribly spicy. Neither me not the kids could eat it. To top it all the pizza came embedded with a hair. I had a bite of that slice when we saw it and I felt horrible. When I called up Papajohns the guy was arguing that it could not be from his place. If only there was a way where I could send this slice for analysis of the hair and send the damn result to that guy. Never ever ordering from there again. Threw all of it.

Ordered only once with very poor service and cold pizza, will never order again Will strongly recommend Dominos if you fancy a hot pizza
