Beautiful little magical medieval pub on Windsor Castle. That's how pubs should be! What a magical position and a building that made me feel like I had transported back for many years! The people inside were really nice and it had a warm cozy atmosphere. We only had drinks, but it was Christmas, so we had mulled wine and mulled wine. Nice place and go to this instead of some of the bigger ones!

Beautiful hot spot in Windsor, if you are lucky, you can find yourself a beautiful view from above. Simply ask the staff to see if seats in the upper floor are accessible with a view. The food was nice, nice prices.

Great pub, good beer and staff always friendly. Amazingly near Windsor Castle. Visited in a night in December when outside the band of Household Cavalry was playing Christmas Carols visited by a drong of almost 1000 inhabitants.

Beautiful pub with view of the castle, always a good pint of guinness, was very busy, but beautiful quiet coworkers.

As lost tourists, we went inside to seek shelter from cold weather and have a bite. We were SO delighted by the owner’s personalized attention, fun personality and overall exceptional food!! We ordered coronation chicken (chicken salad sandwich s/salad) and angus burger that was super yummy!
