Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was raw inside. I seem to have dodged any ill-effects, though. I got a replacement sandwich which wasn't severely undercooked, so it wasn't the world's worst experience, just mildly dangerous.

Ordered 1/2lb cheeseburger meal and a chili cheese fries. Just got back home and checked my orders and they have given me a chicken sandwich and 2 fries when I paid for 1/2 pound cheeseburger meal and a chili cheese fries. Meal is okay but not coming back here. I don?t know how they messed up my order this bad.

I tried the triple burger with fries and a chocolate shake on my first visit to the restaurant, and I'll definitely return. The service was fast, the fries were perfect, and the shake was outstanding! Plus, the prices were quite reasonable for today's standards!

I visited this restaurant once through the drive-thru and ended up going inside to grab more for later. Their burgers are the best in town—juicy and available in options like 1/4 and 1/2, so everyone can find the perfect deal. They also have the best fries in fast food! The chocolate shake is amazing; I only wish they offered a diabetes-friendly version as well. There’s usually a line at the drive-thru, which is a sign that their food is always fresh and served hot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making for a great overall experience. It's truly the best fast food place around, but I think they could benefit from adding a kids' menu with some toys to attract younger customers. They should definitely consider opening more locations throughout Iowa!

Occasionally, the food is fantastic. To be straightforward, if you expect your order to be accurate, it might be a good idea to ask them to repeat it back to you. If you're hoping for hot and crispy fries, you might want to visit on a different day.
