Simon's Prime Hamburgers - Windsor On

Order for delivery. Disappointed vs reviews. Ordered poutine and it was a sloppy mess. Bun way to big for the burger. No where close to other burger places like 5 Guys in the city. Last time for us!

The past two times I've ordered from this location, they have screwed my order up. The first time it happened, I called to let them know that they did not give me what I asked for. The woman who answered implied I was lying and she couldn't do anything about it because I ordered through skipthedishes. I didn't bother to call this time but I surely won't be ordering from this location in the future.

From the states, enjoyed a burger after a night of drinking, returned for more the next day. A female worker with thick framed glasses (no name tag) was so incredibly rude to the new employee training, it made me so uncomfortable and sad for the poor other woman being treated like an animal while training. So rude, so disrespectful, in front of a store full of customers. When confronted so stated that 's what the owner told me to do . I will NEVER return, as this scum of the earth human should never be in charge of any establishment. This person should be fired immediately. I really hope the owner reads this and knows what type of employees are working in their restaurant. I can 't imagine treating another person, let alone a coworker like she did. She should be ashamed of herself and seek an immediate attitude adjustment.

This review is for the Tecumseh Road location: Burger cook has no idea how to properly cook burgers. We stood and watched while he used his flipper to repeatedly squash them flat against the grill, squeezing all the juices out of them. Even teenagers who work at McDonald's know that you don't squeeze the juices out of burgers they need their juices to cook properly! Our burgers were as flat, dry and unappetizing as charcoal briquettes by the time we got them. I had heard such good things about this restaurant, but the burgers were awful and the fries had a horrible clay like texture. I will definitely never be back, and I'm quite shocked by the number of good reviews here.

This place is always a must when I come to Windsor! The service and always friendly and the quality of the food is perfect. Portion sized are insane and will leave you stuffed with still plenty to box up. They have many different burgers you can pick or customize and also tons of different poutine options. They do also offer Gluten free buns if that is a requirement for you. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Windsor!
