More Taters Please - Windsor

Been going here for many years and never had a problem, this changed last night. They apparently changed their ground beef to some weird pulled beef with onions and hickory bbq flavour without updating the menu. This completely ruined my order, which I did not eat. Tried calling and they refused to refund the order or make it right. Updated review, was able to get into contact with the owner over e mail and eventually a manager called me and refunded my order.

The staff felt like kids in high school that were hanging out. The customer wasn't important to them. The taters were greasy and didn't taste the way taters should. I was not too impressed with the chicken burger either. I don't think I see this location ever having any customers when I drive by. The people incharge need to work on quality of food.

The chicken sandwich lunch special wasnt what I had expected the sandwich was dry and not what I expected. The young lady at the counter was a sweet heart. I dont remember her name but she worked until 4pm on Thursday

1st time here, was not disappointed. I had honey garlic loaded taters. It was very tasty. Just don't get the apple or OJ because they're in the carton juice boxes (for kids).. Clean, friendly staff, food was filling.

First time going there. Not very impressed. I ordered a Garlic Chicken Parmesan Wrap with Triple Cheese Bacon Fries and my mom got Chicken Fingers. We were not impressed. I was really looking forward to it because everyone talks about how good it is but it did not taste very good. The chicken in the wrap was balls if chicken which makes it difficult to eat because it just comes out in the whole ball.
