The food is incredibly fresh, and the owner is very kind and friendly! I had the Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, and it was delicious!

Having lived in Japan for five years, I can confidently say that Sam's take on okonomiyaki is every bit as good as the ones I enjoyed during my time there. I've become a regular customer and find myself returning again and again! Thank you, Sam, for sharing your incredible food!

Delicious! I ordered through Door Dash, and my food arrived hot and fresh. The grilled cheese and egg sandwich was absolutely fantastic, and the soup was packed with flavor and offered a generous portion for the price. I'm eager to try some of their other sandwiches and crepes, too. I will definitely be ordering again!

The owner was incredibly friendly! I ordered the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, a triple-layer Korean toast, and a blueberry-strawberry waffle with orange jam. Everything was delicious and had a unique twist! I'm definitely planning to come back to explore more of their intriguing menu options.

We had a fantastic dining experience, thanks to Sam's excellent service. Everything we ordered was delicious! My wife is still craving the Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, which had a wonderful blend of flavors. We also enjoyed the Triple KST, which was light and flavorful. Our son loved the waffle too. Sam even brought him extra marshmallows, which made his day! The customer service here is outstanding. This place is definitely worth a visit. When you enter the new Market, head straight to the second walkway; Sam's station is right across from the deli on your right, and there’s a nearby seating area for you to enjoy your meal. Sam will bring the food directly to you!
