Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We go here once a month for dinner.i like the ribs and wings and my wife likes 1/4 chicken.Always hot and no surprises....We buy the dipping sauce from the Superstore to have at home as we like it so much.

Not sure why this popped up, but FYI they are out of business. Not many Swiss Chalet's fail but this one did. They absolutely were the bottom of the barrel with customer service and food quality

I have placed reviews before here, Since November 2016 this place has absolutely gone down hill. New staff which are absolutely oblivious to the menu, yelling in the kitchen, worst online ordering I have ever experienced. Apparently this location is now closed....HMM...Wonder why

Placed a online order, I'm told to call back in 15 min as there computer froze, did that, and same thing happens. Ended up calling the store to place order for delivery, once again same thing happens that there system freezes, 50 min later, I call the store myself and order for pick up. After a $65 order, get home and no cranberries. Customer service on the phone absolutely is awful.

Great food, terrific chicken with mashed potatoes, wonderful service , good atmosphere,close to Hotels and wonderful location, near Starbucks and near a strip mall with great stores.
