The Tuscan Grill - Windsor

I thought that Tuscan Grill was a peaceful spot to watch the game and enjoy a nice lunch. The grill is top-notch and a great spot to grab a meal and a cold drink. On a sunny day, you can choose to sit on the veranda with a view of the golf course or dine inside. This time, I went to catch the game and found the atmosphere to be very laid back, though a bit on the pricier side. I tried the cashew and strawberry salad, which was delicious. Elyse, the bartender/waitress, was fantastic - busy but still managing to keep everyone happy. I've also heard that the Montreal meat sandwich is a must-try. In addition to their regular menu, they offer the option to rent a chef for a quiet, romantic private meal for two. I plan to give it a try soon, as I've heard rave reviews from friends. Whether it's before or after a round of golf, or just looking for a great meal, Tuscan Grill is one of the top restaurants in the Windsor area.

I ordered takeout and my food arrived promptly. It was incredibly delicious! I ordered 10 regular wings with ranch and buffalo sauce on the side, as well as "The Sicily" dish.

Okay, first of all, Sicily's is the best pizza in Detroit! Their square pizza is phenomenal. I usually go in and pick up the pizza myself because it's super.

I stopped in at the Tuscan Grill for a quiet place to watch the World Cup and have a nice lunch. The Grill is a first class operation and a perfect place to stop for lunch and a cold beverage. On a sunny day you can sit out on the porch overlooking the golf course or eat inside in the dining room. I went inside this time to watch the game. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and the food is reasonably priced. I had the perch and the spring salad which was delicious. Elyse, the bartender/waitress was wonderful. She was busy but kept everyone happy. I heard that the Montreal meat sandwich is quite good too. They have a dinner menu and as a special extra you can hire the chef to cook a quiet, romantic, special private meal just for you and your wife, guest or whoever you want. I will be trying that in the near future. I have heard from friends that it is an excellent experience. So before or after golf or just stop in and have a great breakfast, lunch, dinner or private dinner at one of the best restaurants in the Windsor area.
