Worst service ever I had in canada. I was traveling with my family from America. We were tired so we step-up and I had to wait for my order more then 15min. One of the employee confirm my order and again I have to wait for my order and still their were showing me attitude whenever I ask for my order. After me whoever come they serve them first but still I'm waiting for my order and after 20min they serve me cold food and no one apologized. No one said a Sorry even manager/supervisor standing and looking at me not helping me
Very poor service, we had a mobile order one of the employee confirmed my order and then 10 minutes later when we asked for our order other employee says we haven't recieved the order our system is slow, waited for more than 15 minutes and we got cold jalapeno
Rude clerk, not polite and unfriendly at the window. I couldn't understand what she was saying and had her repeat several times. don't have her at the window anymore.
Worst service. We were there at 7:20 pm on2nd October 2023. We were travelling and coming back from US craving for our very own Tim Hortons and this is what you guys did. Gave sour crème within the bagel when specifically asked for herb and garlic. No sugar at all in double double coffee. And served cold pastry even though we specifically asked for it to be heated. All three of our orders were served incorrectly. Also delayed service at the window. Disappointed
