Contribuisci feedbackWorst Tim Hortons by far, poor service, screw up every-time. Coffee is never correct, no sugar added or not even stirred. It the only one on my route to work in the morning. I stop there every morning and afternoon. Service to get a coffee will take anywhere from 10 mins. This is embarrassing. Management must look into this store.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and while the appearance may not be appealing at first glance, I wouldn't just walk away. My visits were mainly out of convenience as I work nearby and don't have many other dining options. It's not like I can park a semi-truck inside my workplace.

As a former employee of this restaurant, I tried to obtain my employment letter from the HR department and the store manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance. I sent an email requesting my letter a year ago, but I never received a response. This company is the worst I have worked for, as the HR department did not reply to any of my emails.
For the benefit of everyone in Windsor, I suggest hiring a minimum of 5 more employees per shift at this restaurant. I recently waited in line for 15 minutes, with the person in front of me waiting even longer, just to order an iced coffee. There were only 5 employees working, 3 of whom seemed confused and unsure of what to do, while the other 2 were competent. This long wait is not worth it, and unfortunately, it seems to be a consistent issue. I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
