Wineology Restaurant Bar - Windsor

I visited for the first time and had an incredible experience. Everything from the staff to the food and the ambiance was fantastic. We ordered the beef bites and Sabrina's pizza, paired with rosé wine. The food was incredibly delicious, and I can't wait to return with some friends. The staff was very helpful, assisting us in selecting our wine and dishes while addressing our questions with professionalism and a warm smile.

What a fantastic place! We started by enjoying a drink on the rooftop patio, then went downstairs for dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was delightful!

My friends and I stumbled upon this attractive restaurant while walking around and decided to give it a try. We wanted to sit on the balcony, but we were informed that they don't serve food upstairs, so we opted to sit inside. The ambiance is stunning, but that's about where the positives end. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, and the food took even longer. While the food was decent, it felt overpriced for what we got. The wine list was extensive, almost like a book, but the food options were quite limited. Additionally, the customer service wasn't great. We definitely got drawn in by the appearance of the place.

The pizza and wine selection is great. Cheese and meat boards are average. Staff and owner are very kind. Reasonable prices. Place is a bit too dark though, and music too loud.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. The man who owns the place was not any better.My food was not fresh and I was given the same cocktail 3 times after taking it back as the waitress thought I wouldn't notice.On top of that the owner was asking us to leave so the next party could have a table. We didn't have an issue with this but we weren't even given our bills in order to leave yet....Get it together people
