Wendy's - Winfield

Hadn't had Wendy's in a few years and now I know why. It was horrible. Burger was cold, fries are not the same as they used to be. I seriously don't know how Wendy's and Burger King are still in business. At least at McDonald's it's always consistent. It's been quite awhile since I had such a friendly encounter with chain restaurant staff. This location did a great job from the friendly, and cheerful greeting to the pickup of food from the drive thru window, everyone was pleasant, upbeat, and courteous. The food was fresh and hot, not overly cooked, and everything was neatly bagged. No fries spilled or leaking cups. 10 out of 10. Meal type: Dinner

The food took a long time to come out and was not what we ordered. It seems like they have trouble getting the orders right more often than not. The service was for take out during lunch, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3 out of 5.
