Chile rellenos: I have tried them everywhere I go, and have always been let down because they don't meet your (or my) standards. However, you make the BEST chile rellenos!! I can never get enough. Make sure to ask for this dish as it is not listed on the menu. The Mennonite style chicken noodle soup has a delicious homemade taste and is a classic in this area. Don't expect to find vegetables in your bowl, as they are not included in the ingredients. I have tried several other Mexican dishes at Del Rios and have enjoyed them all.

This is the best restaurant to enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine.

One of my favourite restaurants in Winkler. They have amazing food and very reasonable prices. They have highly attentive staff that are quick at their jobs and do a good job too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Mexican/Mennonite food!

Service was a little sub par tables that came in after were waited on and served first.Atmosphere was plain Jane...No deal breakers!Overall experience I will be back!
