Domino's Pizza - Winnemucca

Cant get a order done rightTake way to long wasted 45 mins for them to tell me my order was voided

I called 3 different times to order a pizza, 2 of the times I called it sounded like someone pick the phone and set it back down to end the call. I called again while I sat in the store just see if that was actually happening and with out hesitation the lady in my face cause I was next to order picked the phone and set it back down to end the call ... terrible customer service. They weren't even that busy. She also mentioned to a customer that brought back the wrong that was delivered to her house that they are slammed and she can't answer phones at the moment lmfao... it's honestly sad watching 4 people mess up so many orders in such a small town .

We ordered a 5 cheese dip with garlic bread and pasta. The dip was first class I highly recommend it. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. I usually don't rate pizza delivery very high but I'm making an exception for this place.

This has to be the worst Domino's i have ever ordered from. It is hit or miss. The food is either cold, looks as it has been reheated past the point that the flavor is gone. Then on the other spectrum, it arrives all doughy, as if it wasn't baked very long.Arrival time always vary from less than 30 mins or like tonight, placed order online 646pm, quality check 727pm, arrived 814pm. Yes i know i'm sure it's busy sometimes. When ever i order my points free pizza, it always seems to take forever, then i receive an email from Domino's your order wasn't what we expected or hoped.Don't get me wrong, when the food is good it's very good. But it's rare.

We ordered the online special of the 20$ mix and match or whatever it's called where you get 2 medium one topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon knots and 2 liter of your choice. well everything we ordered was correct except we got 2 orders of garlic knots and no cinnamon knots (which is what we ordered). I'm not complaining at all everything was 10/10 just one thing was way off what I expected it to be for good reason but I am a garlic girl so other than that slight mix up 5/5 stars!
