Contribuisci feedbackOk, so I came for lunch today, July 12, 2022 So my wife and I decided to share a molcajete dish which we were enormously disappointed with the food. The chorizo was raw, so I went to look for the server, I told her the situation about the chorizo, and she came with a little plate, asking me to give it to her so she could take it back to the kitchen; I thought she will going to provide me with another chorizo, but no, she came back with the same chorizo she stated the cook dipped into the fryer which to my understanding the chorizo is supposed to cook either grill or broiler not deep-fried. Another thing when the server brought us the molcajete was that the stone bowl was warm to the touch, which is supposed to be boiling. Which it wasn't. bottom line we were disappointed wwith the food and the server.
Don’t expect your typical sushi experience. First off, it’s more Mexican oriented. I’m a sushi snob for 50 years now. This sushi was completely unique and of its own design. Someone in that kitchen knows what they are doing!!! If you are expecting Classical Japanese sushi, you won’t see it here. The chef has the courage to do their own thing. I’ll be back asap!
