Insel Restaurant - Winningen

We've been here for years, first as a camping guest and now for the restaurant. For years we have been very happy with the kitchen, now we are curious when the new owner manager will continue the tradition of regional recipes and portions. We were lucky that our host had booked a table with a view of the Moselle at the beginning of the week. The cosy terrace overlooks the vineyards and the marina. But we come for food, and we are certainly not disappointed. Delicious food for old fashion prices. We will definitely come back more often.

Every year for the last 5 years we return to this wonderful campsite. Staff are friendly, great facilities, everything is clean and you have enough space. And what a view... Sitting on the moezel, you can enjoy nature most fully. When we visit the restaurant every day in Winningen. It's a real pleasure to try their hunter carving! This beautiful, invisible restaurant is located directly on the Mosel River on the campsite island. The views are spectacular, in all rivers and enjoy views of the vineyards. The food is wonderful, freshly cooked and excellant value for money. The staff is very attentive. Food is served all day and worth a visit!

Sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn es mal stressig wird. Tischreservierungen sind ratsam. Bei kleinem Hunger, werden auch Bestellungen aus den Kindermenues akzeptiert.

Wenn man irgendwo die Seele baumeln lassen kann, dann hier.im Schatten von Weinpflanzen etwas trinken,und DIREKT an der Mosel.
