Tim Hortons - Winnipeg Canada

I paid $4.25 for an iced cappuccino, but the staff didn't seem to care or respond when I asked to send it back. Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering an iced capp from this place again.

The service was absolutely terrible. During our six visits, there were four occasions when they didn't have what we requested, and twice they got our order wrong.

Tim's is consistently Tim's, but the experience can vary by location. During the weekdays, the staff here is very friendly and the service is quite good. However, on weekends, there's a significant change as they hire students, and the service tends to suffer as a result.

The cream of mushrooms was absolutely delightful, with plenty of cheese to savor! A big thank you to the TH staff for their hard work and dedication.

I visited this Tim Hortons location and was warmly welcomed by a delightful lady named Julia. She was incredibly charismatic and very helpful. This has become my favorite Tim Hortons because of the fantastic interaction I had with her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
