A&W - Winnipeg

Hi there service is very slow. They take forever to prepare the order. I request store owner to look into this as this is happening every single day. I hope you will find better solution and service will be provided better and faster.

This A W is always a cozy place to visit and eat...great staff the owners/ management is phenomenal

Everything was fine except for the crazy long wait at the drive-thru. We were the third car in line. It took about 15 minutes before we received our order. Unusual for any fast food drive-thru.

The older I get the less fast food appeals I suppose. The service was food here but the food was certainly lack luster. Atmosphere is also not great, typical fast food restaurant does not have an inviting atmosphere.

Difficult to access this location from the West, as you have to go by A& W first, then turn around from Sturgeon Road to get to their parking lot. The food was delicious but overpriced $26(! for 2 of their basic burgers, 2 fries, and 2 soft drinks that come out of a fountain (self-serve area. Plus, I had a coupon for one of the fries. We could not afford dessert afterward. Multiple tables were dirty to dine in, and the staff doddled along in cleaning up. Staff not smiling and not really welcoming.
