I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always recommended your restaurant to friends and family. It is disheartening to see the lack of care from the owner in this situation. In response to the owner's message on August 2nd, I would like to clarify that we have been frequent patrons for over 30 years. We do not wish to harm your business, but it is important that the well-being of your customers is prioritized. During the brief conversation with my husband, you did not thoroughly investigate the situation and instead redirected blame towards him. Despite sending information on food poisoning, it is crucial to acknowledge that symptoms can appear up to 2 hours after consuming contaminated food - as confirmed by the hospital. While instances of food poisoning can occur at any restaurant, it is essential to be transparent and not place blame on the customers. The repercussions of such incidents result in immense pain and suffering.

We had the Beef Dip and the Chicken Fried Steak. Both were some of the blandest renditions of those classic dishes we've ever had. Not worth the visit. Not sure how it got over 4 stars.

The food at this restaurant is incredible and the portions are huge! We couldn't finish everything we ordered. The nachos are a must-try, they are amazing. The fish tacos were fantastic and the gravy is the best in the city.

They let us stay late in restaurant portion, while bar portion remained open. Sweet, friendly staff. Great food and portions. Gluten free options.

A true neighbourhood pub, just my style. Encouraged by the tender to try the Louisiana Hot Sauce Wings. Wow, he did not oversell it at all. Best flavour for hot wings I think I've ever had. Certainly increased the ice cold beer consumption rate a tad... perfect!
