The estimated p/u time is never accurate. You have to spend extra 20-30m to wait. This isn’t acceptable. One star is even too much. How comes you tell customers the time that you can’t promise?! The customers’ time MATTERS as well! The vegetable oil used for fried chicken tasted like it’s been used for many times. Chicken is good, but it’s better avoid it because of the oil.

Very authentic korean food. Large portion of food. Menu is slightly different from Doordash though. Cheese flavour fired chicken is so good.
