Famena Famous Roti & Curry - Winnipeg

Hands down the best Roti in the city, even better customer service. Normally I avoid downtown spots because of traffic and parking but I will go out of my way to eat at Famenas.

One of the best restaurants in Winnipeg. I absolutely love this place- the roti is full of flavor, and can be as spicy as you want it. Mohammed and Famena are genuine, salt of the earth people who are always dependable for a great conversation. I hope this spot sticks around forever, I don't know what I'd do without it.

Muhammad is a joy to talk with and makes an incredible roti. Chickpea, potato and veggies for me with a rounded Caribbean flavour. Plus a hot sauce that has a good balance of flavour and kick. Leaves you with the feeling that you’re full of hearty, nutrient dense food. A+

Beautiful experience, soulful food at its finest. The owners are. Truly so sincere and care about the food you eat,. I recommend Roti or Doubles. But truly anything is delicious.

Literally a hole in the wall style restaurant. Food was beyond excellent, with generous portions. The owner was friendly and funny. My Google maps got totally mixed up trying to get me there, so I just parked and walked.
