Fionn Maccool's Crossroads - Winnipeg

I dined with a group of 9 people and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. It took 30-40 minutes for everyone to receive their drinks, even though the restaurant was not very busy. Some of the meals were incorrect or poorly prepared. One person received an apple pie instead of the shepherd's pie they ordered, another person's club sandwich was served with cheese despite mentioning an allergy, and the mushroom soup I ordered tasted like soda water and was cold. The sandwich was remade quickly, but the shepherd's pie did not arrive until we were ready to leave. Despite these issues, we were not offered any compensation by the server or manager. Overall, it was a subpar experience at a restaurant that is usually reliable.

This was the worst dining experience we have ever had. We had to search for someone to bring us kid's menus, cutlery, napkins, and plates. It took about 20 minutes to get someone to take our drink order after we were seated, and no one checked on us to see if we needed anything else. It took over an hour and a half to receive our meals, which were only mediocre at best. We will never be returning to this restaurant.

It's been so long since I was able to sit down with a friend and catch up. The staff, food and drinks were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely great experience on the patio this week. Server was so great despite the news that her job was ending that night due to the new restrictions. The minute we can go back we will!

It was a great place to dine in during the pandemic,only other couples there. The waitress was kind and pleasent to speak with.The drinks and food arrived quickly and the food was very good. We will definitely return to try more items on there beautiful irish menu.
