Global Bubble Tea House - Winnipeg

Poor customer service. Ordered on Skip the Dishes, they had items on the menu to choose that they only available in summer. They charged my card, and gave me credit only. I receive no compensation, no call or email. I checked my skip the dishes account and my order history just said cancelled. They did not contact me about there mistake I had to call the location, to have an unfriendly staff member who was unapologetic and made it sound like it was my fault that I ordered the Watermelon Slush that was listed. I would order else where. This whole process took 3 hours.

Good bubble tea. I have had better in Winnipeg, but it was good. The building has gone through some recent renovations and it looks amazing! Friendly staff!

Some people made this BBT house a little hype so my boyfriend and I went to try it ourselves. Tried the Oreo Vanilla slush and I could barely taste the oreo tbh. Ambiance was ok. I dont think I would go back for bubble tea though.

Worst bubble tea place ever. The employee didn't even know what young coconut was. They don't have real fruit to mix in with their slushy tea. Their slushy tea was not smooth. It had lots of ice chunks in it. Tastes like bubble tea that you would buy from a Chinese place in the food court at the mall. They should try the bubble tea at ASIA City down the street so they can learn how to make it. Never going back.

The bubble tea was meh at best. Do not get anything matcha super bitter. The lids don 't seal properly, so they spill. Our server admitted to us that he didn 't even work there, but he was making our drinks (which might explain why they were so horrible and badly blended). The decor was the best part about this place. The bubble tea used to be worth the drive over, but don 't waste your time, just go to Asia city instead.
