IRA s DELI - Winnipeg

One of the things I miss most since I moved out of the city. the perfect sandwiches and platings, delicious suppe and the best kartoffel salad I've ever had. I have to go back soon!

IRA'S DELI (204-949-1116) in Winnipeg, spent weeks trying to help us find a location for the reception for after my mother's funeral. After it became apparent we we out of time and options, he helped us book with his top competitor to make sure we got the event we needed. That is a truly compassionate act, especially after COVID and the needed business.I hope you will all support the business of such a fine human being. Thank you Ira!!! I will definitely book my next event with you. I have only heard amazing things about your food from friends who have used you before for their lunch-ins and catering.

Fun place to work and even better spot to eat or order catering from. Far outclasses any other catering service in Winnipeg, especially Ray Jerry’s.

Good food, service was ok. Can't go wrong here with soups and sandwiches.

I don't know why it has been so long since I have been here!! I forgot about how good it was! BEST comfort food!!! Had the perogy special and it was special indeed! Had borscht on the side! Make sure you go with an empty stomach! Will have to start going back on a regular basis. Make sure you have time given the fact that there is only one waitress on for the entire restaurant at lunch but she tries her hardest! Even if I had been in a bad mood, the food made me smile from ear to ear!
