I dunno what is happening to KFC these days. They have definitely changes their recipe and cook quality. This specific restaurant is just brutal. It's always absolutely filthy, tables are dirty, floors are dirty. The food is warm, but made sloppy. This last time I went one of the girls working was mad at the drive thru guy and they were just yelling at each other so loud. The person at the till just stares at me blankly aftery order was completed. The food took forever, and this is the second time I a row that they e somehow forgotten about my order and/or given it to someone else... They used to use the numbers on the receipts... I dunno, I'd avoid this specific one at all costs, the KFC closer to polo park is way better across the board. Maybe it's the management.

We ate there yesterday and they have a promo of extra crispy chicken so we ordered 2 pc reg and 2 pc extra crispy. we loved it so we bought 5 orders of it.. it clearly states in their brochure/poster dark meat when we got home all ee had is wings and breast. my kids dont like them. . Placed order on app on feb 23rd at 10pm and was to be ready for pickup in 15 mins. I got there in 20 mins to pickup and was told I would have to wait 20 more mins? so much for fast food, get home and missing dips. Last time i go to this location! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
