Ordered meal online and money came out of account.. got to window said the order was cancelled show not one but two employees my banking info and instead of making the order and getting manager, both employees decided to double down and refuse to give me my food even with the proof of the money out of the bank account right there. They did nothing. Horrible customer service! Then when I call the person on the phone gives me some lame excuse that because it’s the weekend their app doesn’t work sometimes. That is not my problem! Especially when I’ve shown the business my personal information! Again horrible customer now I know why I don’t go there
Feb 13th 0530 ordered coffee and a muffin for the road on my way to work. Pulled out the muffin took a bite and it was the worst muffin I have ever had. It was dry and crumbled everywhere in my car. Will never go to this place again ?
From worst to best! Glad service has improved. Manager roaming around checking out customers and consistent cleaning of tables.
Staff is friendly and courteous. Only once did I get a wrong order through the drive thru. I phoned when I got home and it was rectified immediately and my next pick up was free.
