Pizza Hotline - Winnipeg

I ordered 10 hot chicken wings. They showed up and there was next to no sauce on the wings. Called to let them know. I was told they would be sending a replacement order immediately. After one hour and no replacement order I called and told them to forget about it. Nothing was offered (ie. Store credit, nothing. Also paid for a x-large and forsure was sent a large. Horrible pizza, Horrible wings, Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again.... but I guess you get what you pay for.

Always love to order from pizza hotline, but this time after eating the pizza I got a sore throat infection. There was also someone’s finger print at one side of the pizza as if they tried their bare hands to pick it up. Very very unhygienic place. Regret ordering it because even after a week I am still finishing off my antibiotics.

Just had a Christmas lunch from here. Chicken Alfredo pasta tasted weird. Not sure how else to describe it. Salad tasted like it just had store bought Caesar dressing. The salt and pepper wings were the best part as they were ok. The pizza. I'm not sure who would ever make a pizza with crust this thick on purpose. I thought maybe the boss ordered it extra thick. No, that's just how it is. It really was horrible. Sorry pizza hotline, but it's just a bad execution all around.

Went there to get pizza got inside store at 12:09, waited 10 minutes rang the bell two times, no one came out to take the order, meanwhile the delivery guy goes through backdoor grabs pizzas and leaves the store...

Ordered pizzas without sauce and I got them without cheese what a useless waste of time!
