$30.99 for cold fries, 6 oz of overcooked steak frites on a crusty bun and topped with 3 onion rings that looked like someone else’s leftovers I told the server and he offered a 20% discount off my bill, but not until I had to say something like “can I have a dragon pass 20?” but no one should be expected, nor be willing to pay for this save your money and eat somewhere else by far, the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I’m pretty sure the only thing that keeps this place afloat is that they are located right by security, so it’s convenient for the traveller who has time before their flight and needs something to eat. Too bad as the location is great and has so much unrealized potential.
I would recommend not going here if you have any concerns about time or if you're very hungry or thirsty. Very understaffed. Very inattentive service. People were walking out because they were sitting so long and not being served.
Greeting from server, was sit where you want, no hello or kiss my a55. The chips are horrible, fried out no seasoning, no dip, the patty melt came with onions, asked for no onions, coffee was like coloured water and had an insect in
Tables uncleaned, leather couches falling apart, extremely slow service, subpar food, and a $3.00 upcharge for french fries? This place needs a wake up call.
