Salisbury House - Winnipeg

I like the food here. Staff is good. And the cook during the day is awesome. I like the three cheese double nip platter. Also Tuesday is twofer Tuesday.

Nice family style restaurant - very clean n staff are very polite which is always nice - the food is really good -home of the famous NIP Canadian burger . you get lots of food for the doller as well .Owned by Burton Cummings from the Quess Who - so he keeps his restaurants really well kept all over the city .

Love to go to the Salisbury house when visiting Winnipeg. Service was good, food was good and the Salisbury patty was tasty as usual!!

The workers were very friendly and quick service. The burger was fine. My friend took me here as it is a Winnipeg classic spot! Friendly locals that we chatted with.

We usually go to this Salisbury on Ellie Ave, this time not so good and waited a long time! My husband ordered a Greek salad with chicken breast pieces, $5 for two slices of chicken breast the size of my fingers,,, not even half the size of the palm of my hand !!Way to much for that !!!!! Gold chicken I guess!!Took awhile to get our lunch to our table, another server brought it over to us , our server disappeared and then resurfaced as we finished our lunch, oh yah forgot u get charged for coleslaw even if u did not order it... BBTL sandwich $9.99 comes with a cup of soup or fries !! Another charge with this underneath $1.50 it then taxes !! Don't think we will be going back to that restaurant again!! Sorry!!!
