First girl (yeah girl) would not serve me cause I couldn't find the coupon in the app. Left the front counter. Second lady was pleasant. Another customer helped me find the coupon.
I ordered two 1 foot sub around 8.48 pm on Friday may 5, I was quite bewildered when I ate them, the bun used were quite stale and the chicken was chewy and she did not even roast the buns as stated ,I even mentioned that on the note,she seemed like girl from india.Please never buy subs from this store, my question to the manager ,if a customer bought something online then you put stale ingredients do we pay less online please look into the matter,please train your staff first how to create sub sandwiches, as in this inflationary period even a single dollar matters ,I won't recommend anyone to buy from this store,such a wastage of money,please save your money,anyone from food and quality inspection,please report these issues.
I ordered on subway app. Ordered 2 sandwiches .They didn’t put any tomatoes, crispy onions, green pepper, cucumber. They just put lettuce and spinachThere were no- sauces even.Worst order even had at subway
I went during the evening,chinese guy is there.I asked is there any offer like Bogo.He flatly told no.I was quite amazed when I got home,there was offer on 6 inches with buy one get one and 2 dollars off on any footlong. He gave me torn bag ,handle was already gone.I think the manager needs to train them how to interact with customers.
