Tim Hortons - Winnipeg

I asked the restaurant to share the camera footage with me, and they said they needed permission from their supervisor and would let me know the date to receive the video. Three weeks later, I called them again and they told me that their system only retains camera footage for one hour before it gets deleted. If they had told me this after one day, I would have looked for another store with camera footage.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes after placing my order. This was the most disorganized Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. The staff were rude and it was the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to.

My boyfriend and I ordered an oat latte and a milk latte at Tim Horton's, but they switched our drinks even though the order was correct when entered. It ruined our Friday night. Thanks Tim Horton's, keep up the poor service.
