The new prices at this restaurant are a bit steep, now matching those of a high-end coffee shop. However, the quality of the food has not improved. Can they justify these prices with subpar dishes? When I called to inquire about the prices, the management said they were still being reviewed. This lack of transparency does not bode well for customer service.

Came to get chocolate timbits for my children, they had no ready. they were nice enough to do something for me while I was waiting. there was another time with children, silvia the manager, let my children welcome.

I sat at Horton's at 6:00 PM and had coffee. The staff was unprofessional, which was disappointing.

The individuals working at this restaurant exhibit discriminatory behavior based on race, despite being people of color themselves. However, they show great respect towards Africans. Numerous complaints have been made, but the owner has not taken direct action.

I asked for toasted cheese croissant and after long waiting the give me burnt cheese croissant. Such a terrible service at night.
