Tom Yum Thai Restaurant - Winnipeg

We ordered seafood salad, sweet and sour fish, cozy shrimp, spring rolls, sticky rice and bubble tea. All recommended except the salad, which was tasty but high on cuttlefish and only two mussels. A reasonably priced meal with fast service in a relaxed atmosphere.

Very good food! Soup is very good. Has a wonerful Buffet Wednesday to Friday. Also has Fried Icecream! I have tried many of the dishes off the menu and all have been excellent!

Doesn't happen often that soup is too pretty to break into, but Tom Yum achieved this with toppings of raw veggies cut in attractive shapes. This spicy mung-bean noodle soup is one example. Delish!

I've been to a few restaurants that serve curry based soups. I have to say that the soup that they make... the Tom Yum green curry soup is awesome! Large portions. It's a clear based broth with tons of flavor a lot of veggies and bamboo shoots and tons of prawns. The cost of the soup is comparable and keep in mind the portions are large. Location.... could have a difficult time parking, but worth the patience.

Great food! Comparable with our favourite Thai place. A definite place to check out when in Transcona.
