Get her Japanese dishes, the sandwiches are also great, but the real hidden gems are the yakisoba and similar dishes. polite and friendly staff and it is not crazy expensive

It is worth going to this great restaurant. my buttermilk pancake breakfast was amazing. very tasty. I would recommend it. on the other side my wife didn't really care about her veggi frittata. Maybe someone who's vegan, but just a point of mind.

I love this place. A friend and I found it on our first trip to Winnipeg. The cafe is causal and the owners and staff provide incredible service. Prices are reasonable for a great breakfast. Highly recommend.
