Mom and Pop Spot one of my favorite places is the lady very nice and friendly.. Do not blink or you will miss it, but it is definitely one of my favorites.. and I had Chinese everywhere .. thank you guys .. my food was freshly cooked and I appreciate the love set in them.. UPDATE .. FOOD STILL AMAZING....

One will always be popular as long as Mrs. Ann is in a good mode. Great food, no matter.
