Here's The Beef - Winona

We discovered this small restaurant during our trip from Illinois to Arkansas. Located in Winona, MO, this little gem is a small burger and BBQ joint done food truck style. They have some of the best beef burgers I've ever tasted, reminiscent of backyard BBQs served on picnic tables. The homemade burgers are incredibly delicious, and we also tried their pulled pork which was amazing and tender. I highly recommend trying it with their cole slaw. If you ever find yourself passing through Winona, make sure to stop by and give this place a try.

The burgers are juicy, but sometimes they are too salty. Make sure to specify how you like your burger cooked, or it may come out pink in the middle. The fries are not very crispy, so I recommend asking them to cook them longer.

The best burger I've had since moving to Missouri last October! It was big, thick, and juicy with great seasoning. The fries were fresh and the condiments were served on the side. Just a heads up, they only accept cash or checks. Make sure to look out for the sign off Hwy 19 to the west. I wish I had taken a photo for you, but don't miss out on this place.
