Crazi - WINSTED

Food was great, coffee was good, menus for both are super interesting ambiance was good though slightly cluttered as it doubles as a boutique not enough to sap the joy out of lingering over deep conversation

We recently stopped at Crazi on our way home. It 's a 2 hour drive and we left early so needed a little 'pick me up '. I went in with my son while my husband waited in the car. I ordered right away and thought great, this will be a quick stop. There were five people in front of me who had already ordered, I expected MAYBE a 15 minute wait but was in for a surprise. At about 25 minutes in my husband came in to see what the heck was going on. In total, we waited 40 minutes for an iced coffee, drip coffee, and smoothie. While I love a good coffee shop and fully understand that crafted beverages take a bit longer than Starbucks, waiting 40 minutes is a bit much. I also know staffing can be an issue, which is why I am giving this three stars but there were three employees, they were just moving very slowly. So, the point is, if you need a quick drink, this probably isn 't the stop. Food looked good, coffee was decent. The smoothie was the best thing we ordered.

Crazi is a gem in Winsted! We stopped here on the way to a work conference and they had amazing, clean, healthy food and an extensive beverage menu. Not only that, but had tons of treasures and boutique items. Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!!

Coffee is good. Food is good. It took awhile for the food as there was only one person ahead of.Has lots of gifts and knickknacks for sale.
