Cimarron Steakhouse - Winston Salem

This is a must go to place. The food is amazing the waitress was wonderful. She recommended the horse radish Salmon and it was to die for. It was our first time going and it will definatly be our new go to spot.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Great neighborhood find. Also has a 'small plates ' offering. Excellent food. The chicken piccata with creamy risotto is a must have!

I absolutely love this hidden gem of a local restaurant! The service is consistently excellent and the romantic ambiance is ideal for a date night or intimate get-together. Their homemade dishes have never disappointed me. Be sure to try their seasonal dessert - it's a must! I always make a point to dine here whenever I'm in Winston.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!. Went to Cimarron just by chance and ended up finding a new favorite spot.<br/ The service was wonderful. The staff was very cordial, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Because it was my first time they gave me reccomendations. I had the fillet steak with Diane sauce. Diane sauce knocked my socks off!!! The rissotto was amazing. Mashed potatoes perfect. And they offered a local Winston Salem beer Foothills. DELISH!<br/ <br/ Please give Cimarron a chance and check it out. All sauces and desserts made there fresh daily.

Gem!. LOVE the atmosphere in this little gem of a restaurant. Our cocktails are always consistently wonderful and the selection of appetizers and small plates is excellent. My favorite is the ribeye with bourbon butter. Make sure to leave room for the fantastic homemade cakes. Yummy!
