Pdq Jacksonville (old St Augustine Rd)

I really like this restaurant; their chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders are outstanding. They used to have zucchini fries, which I thought were amazing and one of their best offerings, but sadly they don’t serve them anymore! I really hope they bring them back! The regular fries are okay, but it can be hit or miss—some people get a generous portion while others don’t get as much. Overall, it’s a nice place!

I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially since this is the second time we've faced these issues. As a follow-up, I contacted customer service regarding my experience and was promised two free meal vouchers in the mail, but I never received them. I reached out again via email, but haven't heard anything back. The restaurant itself is underwhelming, and it seems the corporate side is just as unresponsive!

This restaurant offers outstanding food that has consistently been fresh and of high quality, all served with a warm and friendly demeanor since the day they opened. Don't miss the garlic dipping sauce—it's amazing! For dessert, the apple slices are a popular choice as well. They come in pineapple juice, providing a refreshing twist that beautifully enhances the sweetness of the toffee dip.

I won?t be back. First off I got like 5 fries which tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp for hours- totally gross, then my spicy chicken sandwich? the sauce was literally everywhere? I would have attempted to eat it, however, I didn?t receive any napkins in the drive thru line. Disappointed I spent 12$ on a meal I couldn?t even eat.
