This location needs new management there's no reason why the person at drive thru is handing customers their food with a disgusting shirt really dirty and nails were also really dirty I should've requested a refund but i decided to risk myself getting sick because I had been craving Popeyes and the food was cold fries were stale biscuit had some sort of white sauce on it it had obviously made contact with something else. Very disappointed and disgusting location I had been to this location years back and the staff was the same not professional didn't look clean at all and I decided to give it a 2nd chance and it's just worse now I will not be back and sadly the whole place should be shut down.

The food was cold and tasted like it was old. The bag was left open. I am satisfied with the delivery time.

In early August 2019 Popeye 's introduced its now famous Fried Chicken Sandwich. Quickly thereafter Chick fil A took to social media to call fowl play, and reminded all that they had originated the fried chicken sandwich, at least among national chain restaurants and thus the Chicken Sandwich Wars so dubbed by the sadly shallow mass media) began in earnest. Since that time, most if not all the chains have either upgraded the chicken sandwiches they were offering or added a premium one one to their menu. This includes all the big burger boys McDonalds twice redone), Burger King, Wendy 's, etc), as well as the chicken guys KFC, BoJangles, Churches, Zaxby 's, etc). The local guys have joined the fray and it is an all out battle for the consumer dollar. In Winston there are over 50 restaurants that offer some sort of chicken sandwich, spicy and other wise and includes chicken biscuits in a variety of shapes, sizes and configurations.But it was the sandwich here that started the obsession we now have. And this is a darn good sandwich, not the biggest, not the least expensive, maybe not even the one with the most heat, but first counts for something even in these jaded times. Most who have followed have used Popeye 's template premium chicken breast, upscale bun, and crunchy, tasty pickle chips or slices. Here standard mayo is used, while some others have gone with some form of special sauce . This is a good sandwich, perhaps the best of the big boys, but I believe some local small chains or stand alones offer an even better choice, including taste, portion, and value. The food was sloppy. I took pictures. I will not eat there again. The individual seemed like she didn 't want to be there. When we received our food, we said, thank you she just walk off like...Again, I will not eat there again.

The kids they have in the drive thru should be trained better they do not smile or say anything to make you feel good about coming back they just hand you the bag shut the window how rude I will not be coming back!!
