Contribuisci feedbackMy father just returned home with our subs, and unfortunately, there were several mistakes. He provided the employee with a detailed list of our order, but the cheese was left out, and the subs weren’t toasted as requested. It’s disappointing that they clearly didn’t follow the written instructions. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that the staff couldn’t read or adhere to such straightforward guidelines.
The restaurant was clean and the service was good. However, the young man working alone could use some assistance. He handled everything well on his own.
This Subway location is disappointing. They always seem to be out of something; this time it was tomatoes. I really wish they had informed me before making my sub, as I would have just gone across the street to Sheetz instead. Also, is it too much to ask for a napkin?
Always fresh ingredients and the staff is fantastic! It is well worth the time to download the app and scan it every time I receive $2 rewards often. *Plus* if you do the reviews you get a free cookie or drink!?
Owner doesn't seem to care about this place. There are bugs on the window and tables and are just dead lying there. I went there the next week same exact dead bugs. Told the workers but they didn't do anything. The workers seem unmotivated and overworked. The manager was rude to me and my wife when we asked for the chicken to be cut she said that we were picky. The ice tea was dripping on to the floor.
