Arby's - Winston-Salem

I'm happy that the dining room is now open again. The service was extremely quick and the staff was very friendly. They even used our names as we were leaving, saying goodbye.

While Narby's is not my top choice for a restaurant, my dining experience there was perfect. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I couldn't ask for more. The food also received a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

Expect their call to start when they pick up their call and don't expect them to call them to be ready when they arrive, even if the restaurant is empty, they cannot have their meal ready.

This restaurant experience was terrible. They messed up my order and the manager was unhelpful, stating there was nothing they could do. I was told to pay for the correct order separately and they would refund the original one. However, they rang up the order incorrectly and my refund was short by almost $3. When I pointed out the mistake, they tried to refund for another item, which also turned out to be incorrect. The manager then closed the window and ran away when I tried to address the issue. This was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
