Bojangles - Winston-Salem

Sometimes the chicken is great. Sometimes not so great. Most of the time is satisfactory. Make sure to check your box when in the drive thru. The vagabonds constantly flourish and they have a team of species that even prevent you from ordering your food. Corporate should be called because who knows how brave they will eventually become. The Black Community always remains with companies that make this stupidity easier. These people do not know that there are shelters and food banks that will take care of them. I won't sue this place.

Iyanna provides excellent customer service and is very friendly, offering the best service ever. The rest of the staff, including Alison, are also friendly and in good spirits.

I ordered from Bojangles, and what I ordered should have been thrown away, and nobody served. The chicken was dark and hard. It wasn't fresh. The dirty rice was only rice, sausage and dry. No spoon to eat it, no biscuit included. The two points were for the excellent sweet tea.

This restaurant is disappointing. The staff were always on their phones and the wait for our food was nearly an hour. I traveled from out of state to give them a chance, and it's unfortunate that they need to improve their service!

Slow service, parking lot and drive thru area full of debris. Forgot the condiments I requested and the drink was room temperature with no ice. It's sad for this location to be managed as such.
