Dairi-o - Winston-Salem

My husband and I went to get a late lunch a couple of weeks ago, we both ordered a barbecue with fries, our buns were cold on our sandwiches along with the fries cold too! But the kicker was when we were told we couldn't have soft serve ice cream with our banana splits! This is the only store where thats ever been a problem . Needless to say we won't be going back to that Dario! (Rural Hall store in Winston Salem nc)

Drive thru for take out is almost as good as Chick- Fil-A. Great diner with good hamburgers and hot dogs and of course products made with ice cream!

From Kansas and grabbed a to-go order of DairiO. First time experience was great. The food was really good quality for fast food. I got the hotdog combo and the fried corn. Really yummy and I actually ate there one more time before I left town.

The first evening order of 2 scoops hand scooped ice cream was great. The serving size was adequate and filled the large container. Came back the second night for the same 2 scoops. Wondered where the other scoop was the second time around. No consistency it seems. What was in the container was great!

We stopped for one cone and one milkshake. It was busy so we knew it'd take a while, but we were ok with that. Eventually we made it to the pickup area, and after four cars behind us all got their bags of food, an employee finally asked us what we'd ordered. I told him, and he walked straight back to the window, because of course we'd been asked to pull forward and wait, and got our melting cone and milkshake. The cone tasted horrible, like it had chemicals in it. Next time, it'll be Cook-Out!
