Dunkin' - Winston-Salem

Horrible Dunkin Donuts it's almost a B rating and didn't realize that before I ordered. They did not make my coffee right. Horrible

Never a line, even though it's on Robinhood Road, the donuts are always soft and fresh and unless you go on a Sunday right before or after church, you'll have a full selection. 6/9/2022: I love my local Dunkin. We went in this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. and nearly everything was freshly made, soft and delicious. And of course we had the most friendly staff to assist us. Which is why it is so annoying that you cannot add a gratuity to the bill. I rarely carry cash and would like the option to add a tip to the check.

This is the best Duncan restaurant there is in Winston-Salem. Staff are smiling welcoming and happy to help you in any way. Great place to visit and have fresh hot coffee with a wonderful coffee roll.

Employees are social and server customers with the greatest respect. Clean and orderly. Food/coffee/doughnuts are very good.

This Dunkin? on Robinhood in Winston Salem is really extraordinary and the woman, I think her name is Trisha is a truly extraordinary employee. I have my donuts in about 5 minutes! Talk about fast ride thru service! The donuts were perfect!
